Punk Rock Night is the longest running weekly punk showcase on the planet, founded in October 2000 and held every Saturday at the historic Melody Inn in Indianapolis. The Mel opened in 1935 as a piano bar and has become an iconic Midwest punk venue, named one of America's 15 must-visit rock bars by Alternative Press. Our coverage captures the raw, unfiltered energy that defines punk at this legendary dive bar: sweaty performers on the 18-inch stage, broken guitars on the walls, neon lights, and the genuine community that keeps showing up week after week.
